Previous idea of using microvm.nix (#5) was not ideal. I think it would be better to go back to libvirt instead. However, maybe we can use Pulumi for automation instead of Terraform, because the Terraform provider is not very good.

Apparently the Pulumi provider is just a layer above the Terraform provider... Should just stick with Terraform then.
