To start your Phoenix server:
This is my attempt at creating a Matrix homeserver in Elixir.
Currently it is in a very early stage.
* Install dependencies with `mix deps.get`
* Create and migrate your database with `mix ecto.setup`
* Start Phoenix endpoint with `mix phx.server`
Some noteworthy contributions:
