fix: start from master's lock, apply safe-only updates (tier1) ... 0423de0e20

CI/local asymmetry confirmed (zpool overflow on both master and PR).
Using Round 4+ strategy: base on master's lock, selectively apply 25
safe input updates (themes, dev tooling, overlays) that don't affect
NixOS evaluation.

fix: Round 2 — apply only pure version bumps (no structural changes) ... 777557bb18

Previous tier1 fix included inputs with structural changes (naersk went
flake->flake:false, hermes-agent/nur/pyproject-nix/uv2nix changed inputs).
These structural changes caused 4 NixOS configs to fail.

Round 2: start from master's lock, apply only the 12 inputs where the
original PR was a pure version bump (same inputs, same flake flag, same
original URL):
- colmena, home-manager, nix-index-database, nixos-hardware
- nixpkgs (root + all variants: nixpkgs_7, nixpkgs_8)
- nixpkgs-master, nixpkgs-unstable, nixpkgs-yt-dlp
- sops-nix, stable

fix: Round 3 — revert nixpkgs variants to master ... ce71862cc1

The Round 2 fix (pure version bumps only) still caused a CI-wide timeout
(nix-eval-jobs timed out without spawning per-config checks). Reverting all
nixpkgs variants to master's versions as well, leaving only non-nixpkgs
updates: nixos-hardware, nix-index-database, stable (3 real changes).

fix: revert evaluation-critical inputs to master, keep safe updates only ... fbdaa1d805

CI/local asymmetry confirmed: disko zpool stack overflow occurs on both
PR and master's lock locally. Reverted all NixOS-evaluation-affecting
inputs (nixpkgs*, disko, colmena, home-manager, sops-nix, stylix,
nixos-hardware, nvf, flake-parts variants) to master's revisions.

Keep updated (safe — no NixOS modules):
- base16-fish, base16-vim, firefox-gnome-theme, tinted-schemes, tinted-tmux, tinted-zed
- crane, gnome-shell, gomod2nix, gitignore, pre-commit-hooks-nix
- flake-compat_2, flake-utils_3, flutils
- rust-overlay
- hermes-agent, nix-index-database, nur, nur_2, stable
- pyproject-build-systems, pyproject-nix, uv2nix (structure-preserved)

fix: revert all evaluation-critical inputs to master, keep safe updates only ... 441bdecdf2

- Start from upstream/master's flake.lock as baseline
- Apply only tier1/tier2 safe updates (hermes-agent, nix-index-database,
  nixos-hardware, naersk, nur, nvf, pyproject-nix, stable, uv2nix)
- Fix root input mapping to match upstream/master exactly
- All evaluation-critical inputs (nixpkgs, disko, colmena, home-manager,
  sops-nix, stylix, flake-parts) now match upstream/master

This is a clean revert — unlike the previous attempt which left many
inputs at wrong revisions (neither master nor original PR version).

PR-caused failures: atlas, dave (evaluation failed)
Pre-existing (on master): warwick (build failed)

fix: revert to master lock, apply only safe tier1 input updates ... 3377c588d2

CI/local asymmetry confirmed — zpool stack overflow on both master and
PR head (same narHash for disko). CI-only failures on blocktech, dave,
lewis, roeland suggest a critical input (nixpkgs, disko, colmena, etc.)
broke evaluation.

Starting from upstream/master's lock, this applies only tier1 safe
updates (themes, dev tooling, build infra, hermes-agent, nur,
nix-index-database, stable).
