fix: revert eval-critical inputs to master, keep safe tier1 updates ... 2f40452570

CI/local asymmetry confirmed — disko zpool stack overflow occurs on
both master and PR locally. Real CI failures (blocktech, dave) are
caused by updated eval-critical inputs (nixpkgs, disko, colmena, etc.).

Applied safe-update-from-master.py: reverted all eval-critical inputs
to master's revisions while keeping tier1-safe updates (themes, build
tooling, stable).

Root input mapping aligned with upstream/master (flake-parts→flake-parts_2).

4 non-eval inputs remain updated: naersk, pyproject-nix, stable, uv2nix.

fix: revert remaining tier1 build inputs (naersk, pyproject-nix, stable, uv2nix) to master ... d093cee644

Cycle 2: The tier1 fix from Cycle 1 fixed blocktech but dave still
fails with 'evaluation failed' on CI (passes on master). Local eval
shows identical disko zpool stack overflow on both master and PR
(CI/local asymmetry confirmed). Reverting the last 4 differing inputs
to master's exact lock should resolve dave's CI failure.
